Mental Health Seminar

Supporting Well-Being in Academia

Pursuing a PhD or doing a postdoc is an exciting journey, but it can also present unique challenges to your well-being. This workshop is designed to help early career researchers navigate common mental health concerns in academia and provide practical tools to support personal and professional growth.

Join our trainers for an informational and interactive session to help you develop the skills you need to better manage your mental well-being during your doctorate and when you are establishing yourself in the early stages of your academic career.

Through case studies and expert insights, you’ll gain a better understanding of how to identify early signs of psychological distress and learn about various coping strategies that you can use to handle mental health needs at work.

After the seminar, join us for an aperitif where you can connect with the trainers and fellow students in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
