Dr. Nimrod Levin Awarded SNSF Ambizione Grant for Research on Personalized Career Counseling The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) has awarded Dr. Nimrod Levin an Ambizione Grant to support his innovative research on personalized career counseling interventions. These studies will be conducted at CePCO’s career counseling center, with planned collaboration with the Swiss cantonal counseling services.
With the support of the SNSF, Dr. Levin will lead the Ambizione project titled “Unlocking Personalized Pathways in Career Counseling: Toward an Empirical Blueprint for Tailoring Career Interventions to Different Client Profiles” (SNSF 223692). This four-year project aims to enhance the effectiveness of career counseling by identifying evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific career challenges of different client profiles.
Dr. Levin joined CePCO in October 2021 and completed his PhD in August 2022. Before joining CePCO, he conducted his doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Itamar Gati and Dr. Yuliya Lipshits-Braziler, focusing on developing a differential diagnosis approach to classify career counseling clients’ issues.
CePCO warmly congratulates Dr. Nimrod Levin on this recognition and looks forward to supporting the realization of this important project, which strengthens our ties with practitioners, contributes to student training, and develops an international network of expertise.
