26 September 2024 - IDHEAP AULA - University of Lausanne
Dear Colleague,
We are pleased to inform you that the Tax Policy Center of the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), in cooperation with SwissHoldings, International Chamber of Commerce and Tax Executives Institute is organizing its first:
MAP Day on 26 September 2024 at the University of Lausanne
During this full day event, senior representatives of the OECD, members of competent tax authorities of several countries, business representatives, academics and leading tax professionals will be discussing most significant practical developments and challenges concerning dispute prevention and the operation of the mutual agreement procedure (“MAP”) around the globe (including arbitration). The focus will also be on the impact of administrative and judicial approaches across regions on dispute resolution as well as on the challenges raised by the implementation of the Global Minimum Tax.
In light of the importance of the topic the event may be attended in person or online.
In order to foster interactive discussions, limited seats are however available. We therefore encourage you to register as soon as possible.
The detailed program (flyer) and registration form are available here
We look forward to welcoming you at the University of Lausanne and to advancing the discussion together on this key topic of the global tax conversation.
On behalf of the organizing committee,
Prof. Dr. Robert J. Danon
Head of the Tax Policy Center
