The Pôle numérique UNIL FDCA - LLM International Business Law and Innovation in cooperation with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law is offering a five-day summer school focusing on Law and Technology. The summer school is designed to offer a comprehensive overview of the diverse and fast-moving area of technologies applied in the field of law.
Students from different parts of the world will get an introduction to Law and Technology from a comparative perspective and follow classes on specific technology-related topics such as intellectual property and technology, artificial intelligence (AI), competition law and technology, and legal technology.
The programme includes a moot court at the Royal Courts of Justice and students will also participate in a workshop focusing on the question whether ChatGPT technology can be used for law and legal decision making.

There will also be a visit to the Royal Courts of Justice including a Tech and IP Moot Session.
