Free leadership courses for FBM group leaders, given by an external company that specialises in leadership courses for scientists. 3 days, end of August and beginning of September 2024. In person at the Biopôle campus Épalinges.

The EDI commission aims to establish and nurture a strong culture of team and faculty management which are both efficient and respectful of people and values. We propose leadership training to implement this aim and form a network of PIs who will serve as change leaders in our faculty and beyond. The courses will take place in person on August 28^th, 29^th and 30^th and September 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th at the Biopôle, Épalinges.
