Help|UNIL is the result of an extensive consultative process and aims to ensure that any problematic situation is dealt with effectively and in a suitable manner as well as to prevent their emergence.
Help|UNIL, the new system to fight harassment and discrimination, has been officially unveiled by the Direction of UNIL.
The 2021-2026 Statement of Intent makes an open and inclusive work and study climate a priority. And this new system provides all members of the UNIL community with a set of resources for dealing with situations of sexual harassment, psychological harassment, discrimination or violence. It includes, among others:
Persons of trust who offer free and confidential listening and support to any member of the community
A report form that allows you to share your story, whether you are a victim or a witness, anonymously if you wish
Clarified procedures and internal resources
A training program that will be developed throughout the academic year
The communication campaign that supports the launch aims to increase the level of awareness of the resources available - until now relatively low, as demonstrated by the survey on the work and study climate published in 2022.
The Vice-Rector for Human Resources, Jérôme Rossier, and the acting project manager explain UNIL's approach and position in an interview published in L'Uniscope.
