Several department members presented their research in the 2021 EGOS colloquium in Amsterdam. In addition, Xavier Castañer and Patrick Haack co-organized two of the subthemes at the colloquium.
The 37th colloquium of the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS) took place July 8-10, 2021 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The program of the colloquium has been held online. Department members were actively involved in the colloquium. Yasmin Schwegler attended the doctoral consortium and presented her research on Environmental Entrepreneurship. Anna Jasinenko and Moritz Gruban presented their research on legitimacy judgments and their behavioral consequences. In addition, Xavier Castañer co-convened a subtheme on “Collaboration, Coordination, and Cooperation across Organizations: Meaning(s), Types, Contexts, and Determinants” (together with Dries Faems and Nuno Barros De Oliveira), and Patrick Haack co-convened a subtheme on “Social Evaluations in an Age of Disruption: Processes of Creation, Maintenance, and Destruction of Social Evaluations” (together with Alex Bitektine and Anastasiya Zavyalova).
