A space for individual listening when needed
In this period of health crisis, UNIL offers you a personal and confidential listening space if you are experiencing difficulties: a 45-minute individual session with a Unisanté occupational health psychologist. The aim is to address problems related to the situation and, if necessary, direct you to appropriate support (psychotherapist, attending physician, etc.).
If you wish to benefit from this service, you are invited to fill in the form (available here) and send it by e-mail to soutien@unil.ch. The occupational health nurse will forward the application to the Unisanté occupational health psychologist. If necessary, they can contact you to clarify the request. Upon receipt of the form, the occupational health psychologist will contact you to arrange an appointment for a videoconference consultation.
The nurse and the psychologist are of course subject to strict confidentiality. The hierarchy, the Human Resources Department or the Rectorate will have no feedback on the people who have used this service, the content of the discussions, and no access to the email box soutien@unil.ch.
Personalised ergonomic advice
Are you comfortable working from home? Your posture, lighting or noise are all details that can have a significant effect on your health. In order to improve your comfort and well-being when working remotely, occupational health nurses offer free and personalised ergonomic advice based on an individual assessment of your workstation via videoconference.
To make an appointment, simply fill in this form and send it to infirmierst@unil.ch. The occupational health nurses will then contact you to arrange a videoconference session lasting 30 to 45 minutes. During this interview, a professional will help you optimize your posture, for example by adding a cushion in the right place.
If you have any questions, you can contact the occupational health nurses on 021 692 25 78.
Balance of holiday days not taken in 2020
In the current circumstances, it is all the more important to take time to rest. Annual holiday planning should include at least one period of two consecutive weeks of leave. This year, holiday days not taken in 2020 may be postponed exceptionally until July 31, 2021.
