The Financial Times has published its annual ranking of the best Master’s in Management programs in the world (FT Ranking 2020). HEC Lausanne (University of Lausanne) is proud to announce that it was ranked in the top 30, an increase of eight places compared with last year.
The Financial Times has published its famous annual ranking of the best Master’s in Management programs for 16 years. Programs are assessed against 17 criteria covering areas such as alumni career progression and increase in salary, the programs’ international dimension, and gender diversity and the range of nationalities represented among course participants, teaching staff and program leaders.
This year, the Master’s in Management at HEC Lausanne rose eight places in the ranking, to 29th out of the 90 best programs in the world. It also came second in the ranking of the best Master’s in Management programs in Switzerland, which only includes EFMD/EQUIS or AACSB accredited business schools.
HEC Lausanne program leader Prof. Annamaria Conti commented: “We are proud and happy with this achievement. The ranking and the increase achieved since last year reflect the constant commitment shown by the school and our community to develop our programs and innovate in how we teach. In this era of big data, digitisation and globalisation, our job is to train specialists who are forward-looking and able to incorporate change into their approach and strategy on an ongoing basis.”
