Fresh vegetables and cheeses, all organic!
The first products from the Ferme de Bassenges are now on sale at the farm, in Écublens, near the stop of the m1 "Bassenges". You will find vegetables and ewe's milk cheese for sale in self-service from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. Consume local products and support our farmers!
The food is produced and cultivated according to the principles of organic farming and biodynamics. The farm is managed by a collective composed of farmers, and agricultural and environmental engineers. The group was chosen at the beginning of 2020 to carry out a sustainable project on the agricultural land of the UNIL and EPFL, capable of raising the awareness of the university community about the major ecological and food issues.
