Then, an announcement from the Jura Government, which is making available a sum of 500 francs for its students who have lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic. Study areas accessible from June 29th
Starting next week, workplaces will be open on the UNIL campus. These are the reading rooms of the Unithèque (BCUL), with free access, the library of the Internef, as well as the hall and auditoriums of the Amphipôle. The revision areas of the Internef and the Amphipôle are only accessible upon booking. Attention, to access them, don't forget your Campus Card. If the Unithèque is full, you should preferably opt for the Amphipôle areas.
Unithèque: 8am to 11pm, every day (300 seats)
Internef: Monday - Friday 8 am - 10 pm, Saturday 8 am - 6 pm, Sunday closed (130 seats)
Amphipôle: 8 am to 11 pm, every day (600 seats)

Financial aid for students in the Jura region
The Jura government allocates a one-off sum of 500 francs to Jura tertiary education students who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus crisis. The amount of 500 francs is granted on presentation of a certificate of studies, proof of termination of paid employment and a sworn statement that no other aid has been paid by other bodies.
Applications must be sent by 31 August 2020 to the Service de la formation post-obligatoire, rue du 24-Septembre 2, 2800 Delémont.
The sum of 500 francs is composed of 400 francs from the cantonal solidarity fund COVID-19 and 100 francs from the Henriette Nicolet-Burgagni Foundation in Delémont.
Call for projects until 4 September
For all UNIL students, PhDs and researchers: If you aspire to turn your idea or research into reality, if you want to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure or simply develop your marketing and business skills, apply to the UCreate3 acceleration program set up by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation HUB. To do so, apply before September 4, 2020.
Successful projects will receive financial support (up to CHF 10'000) and many other benefits. The HUB welcomes projects in French and English. More information.
