Teleworking: coordinating within a team
It is well known that social interactions contribute to well-being and efficiency. In a telework context, maintaining the link with colleagues is important. For example, setting up a common routine, the care taken in communication, consideration of each person's availability and short regular meetings will not only facilitate the social link but also improve coordination within a team. These tips are to be discovered in a new module available on the page dedicated to telework aids.
Modalities of the 2020 end of apprenticeship exams
The Confederation, the cantons and the social partners have agreed on a solution enabling final-year apprentices to obtain their CFC or AFP despite special circumstances. More information is available here. This page also contains information on recruitment and the professional maturity exams, as well as a message to trainers and apprentices from the Rectorate.
UNIL has final year apprentices who are laboratory assistants, horticulturists and commercial employees. For these three trades, information will be made available as decisions are made.

The current health crisis raises many questions, debates, social, political, medical and environmental realities. This is why UNIL is launching a new blog "VIRAL", designed to follow, enlighten and document the COVID-19 crisis.
As an interdisciplinary platform bringing together contributions from actors from the entire academic community of French-speaking Switzerland, "VIRAL" will allow readers to learn from the past by shedding light on the present, to think about the future while discovering and participating in research projects referenced on this blog. Internet users can also ask all their questions to the scientists. Don't miss the call for participation! Read the article.
