***ENGLISH VERSION AVAILABLE***
Shékina partira d’ici quelques mois pour Vancouver (Canada) rejoindre l’équipe du Prof. William Borgen (Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology).

Shekina will be leaving in a few months to Vancouver to join the team of Prof. William Borgen (Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology). The project she will be working on aims to test the effect of a positive psychology intervention based on the metaphor of game to increase the well-being and employability of unemployed people. Based on Jane McGonigal's SuperBetter method, this approach aims to help people to (re)introduce playful aspects into their professional activity, by perceiving obstacles not as difficulties but as initiatory quests, and invoking one's resources as allies. Shekina Rochat has led many workshops using this method with various audiences.
Vancouver, located in British Columbia on the Pacific coast, is famous for its mild climate, large film studios and quality of life, which consistently ranks it at the top of international rankings.
