On October 25, 2017, Professors David Blustein (Boston College), Jerome Rossier and Jonas Masdonati (CePCO) were invited by the International Labor Organization (ILO) to participate in a roundtable on the role of psychology in the decent work agenda. The roundtable was organized by Nancy Leppink, chief of the Labour Administration, Labour Inspection and Occupational Safety and Health Branch of the ILO (LABADMIN/OSH). After a presentation, by David Blustein, of the psychology of working framework (PWF/PWT), Jonas Masdonati described the effects that working can have on people’s identity (de)construction, while Jérôme Rossier drew the links between work and well-being. This roundtable opens up prospects for possible collaborations between the ILO and CePCO.
